Currently, we have 40 facilities operating in 7 countries around the globe.

What type of customers does MetoKote have?

We have literally hundreds of customers across the globe in a variety of industries from automotive and agricultural to appliances and health care. Our customer list includes John Deere, Honda, Toyota, Caterpillar, Whirlpool and many more.

How is MetoKote planning to grow?

We have three strong areas that are working successfully to build our customer base.

General Purpose Facilities coats thousands of parts for hundreds of customers every day. We are excited about the addition of new general purpose facilities coming on-line in China and Mexico.

InSite® Facilities are the fastest growing portion of our business. These operations are based at our customers' business sites and are basically an extension of their processes. MetoKote's employees and equipment work side-by-side our customers to deliver their coating needs.

Paint Shop Management allows customers to continue to own their equipment while a team of MetoKote personnel runs the equipment and processes within the customers' facility.

What are MetoKote's financial goals?

We are currently generating annual revenues of approximately $250 million dollars. We have set a goal to reach $1 billion in revenue by 2019. We are QS certified and work diligently to reduce our impact on the environment at every opportunity. From recycling programs and chemical control measures, to energy efficiency, we are committed to maintaining environmentally sound practices across the globe. It is good for the earth, good for our people, and good for the company.

How can I advance within MetoKote?

The career path from any position within the organization is up to the individual team member. Many of our managers and executives started their career as contract production employees. It is common to move through the organization by department, but many people take lateral changes or make departmental changes based on experience and interest. Our goal is to achieve 50% of our managerial hiring through internal promotion. While we have not yet achieved this target, we are working with employees to provide the skills necessary to help reach this goal.

Processes vary slightly for each position, but generally speaking you should expect to complete a profile and questionnaire on-line, complete a phone interview with a Human Resources Representative, and complete at least two face-to-face interviews. The number of internship and cooperative education positions available each year varies, but our focus is in three basic areas: Plant Management, Engineering, and Technical Quality Management.
